Knowing its hype it was quite irresistible to refrain from trying this out. So, I got my hands on the travel/ mini version of this mascara. The packaging is quite enticing and tough. It comes in a pink metallic cylindrical tube with its branding on its body. A metallic body is an asset for this mascara as the body doesn’t crack. Many mascaras come in plastic tubes making the tube prone to cracks. So, this is a bonus point in my opinion.

My lashes are straight with an average volume and length. I prefer to curl my lashes before swiping mascaras on them, I like curled lashes.
Consistency
The consistency of this mascara lies somewhere between not very drying to not very liquid. Just perfect enough formula for it to get nicely swiped onto eyelashes.
Intensity
As far as colour is concerned it comes only in one black shade. The intensity of the colour is too deep, rich and captivating. With just one coat you can see a remarkable difference between your natural eyelash and the eyelash with this mascara on.
Wand
The wand has a voluptuous hourglass shape, designed to cover even the tiniest of the lash from the corners. The wand is a little big if you have short eyelashes. However, it will work perfectly if you have average length lashes.
You have to be a little vigilant while applying this mascara as it tends to smear a bit over the eyelids if not done carefully.
How it looks on me
I have straight eyelashes with average length and volume. This is how it looks on me. It definitely adds volume to my eyelashes by making them thick and I can see my eyelashes have extended to a good length giving a false eyelash effect without actually feeling heavy – breathtaking sultry fanned-out lashes indeed. Exactly what I was looking for! I don’t think the image is delivering justice with the look it actually imparted to me. I fetched many compliments after wearing this mascara, people did think that I was wearing falsies. Yes, I am quite definitely happy with the results of this mascara, my happiness knows no boundaries and I am certainly looking forward to repurchasing it in future.
Is it true in its claim?
Well, you can see in the above image with one coat you get the enhanced version of your natural eyelashes (a black colour that stands out) with some volume and length. With the second coat, your lashes appear more voluminous and a bit more lengthy (thick lashes). With the third coat, your lashes mimic false eyelashes having a fluffy, voluminous and lengthy appearance. As you go on, with each coat you get extreme volume, and length. So for me yes it lives up to its claim. However, it may get clumpy while adding so many layers to your eyelashes. But you can easily separate your eyelashes with a spoolie or eye groomer brush and fix it.
Staying Power
This particular mascara is not a waterproof one. It stays quite long despite not being waterproof and sweatproof. However, they have waterproof mascara too in this range if that is your requirement.
Price
This mascara is available in two sizes 4ml and 8ml. Price-wise this mascara falls on the expensive side. But, If you do not mind investing in products that provide quality with great outcomes you can go ahead with this one. Also, this brand is a cruelty-free brand.
Who is it for
Absolutely anyone can benefit from this mascara as it adds volume, length, and curls. But it’s highly awesome for someone who has sparse or short eyelashes and looking for a dramatic eye look. Someone with average volume or average to long length will see their eyelashes reach new heights. If you already have dense eyelashes this mascara can get a bit more clumpy for you.
