My experience with MAC Ruby Woo Retro Matte lipstick:
Here is my review on MAC Ruby Woo with its swatch. Well, this is my favorite red shade. This lipstick comes in a blue-red shade and has a retro matte finish. This is the best red shade available in the market to date.
It is a red that is loved by all. This red-lipstick doesn’t go over the top or is not too loud. If you are someone who refrains wearing bold shades of lipstick or bold red shades, then you must give this a definite shot. It absolutely complements all types of skin tones gracefully. And, I guess this is the reason why it is the much-hyped lipstick.
This is highly pigmented lipstick. Just a couple of swipes is adequate to give opaque coverage. However one has to apply lip balm before applying this lipstick as it will accentuate the flakiness of lips.
I just love how it brightens my face and enhances my look. You can see in the picture below that I have already worn this so much that it reduced to half so now you can imagine how much I love this.
This lipstick can lift up even less makeup face or lustreless makeup. If I am too lazy to do any makeup, I just swipe Ruby Woo on my lips and I am on.
Whenever I wear this lipstick I fetch a lot of compliments. This has a typical MAC’s vanilla fragrance to it. This lipstick is long-wearing and can comfortably last for more than 6 hours.
This lipstick can rock your party look or an evening look function. If you have a party to attend right after office and you’re running short of time then just swipe this alluring shade and mark my words you will slay.
