How To Do Perfect Ombre Lips – Red Ombre:
Step 1: Outline your lips with a lip liner

Step 2: Add definition to the edge of your lips
Take maroon or burgundy lipstick as the base shade in your lip brush and trace along the outline you just created and also apply it to the corner of your lips as shown in the above image. I am wearing MAC Diva Matte Lipstick as my base shade or darker lipstick.
Step 3: It’s time to fill in your pout
Now take a red lipstick and fill in the pout area/center of your lips. Be careful while doing this. Avoid the outer corner of your lips. I am wearing MAC Ruby Woo Retro Matte Lipstick.
Step 4: Blend it And finally, you’re done
Again take maroon or burgundy lipstick in a lip brush to blend the area carefully where two lipsticks meet and give a touch up to the corner of your lips again. You are ready for a sultry pout.
How To Do Perfect Ombre Lips – Purple Ombre:
Step 1: Create an outline
Line your lips with a purple or similar lip pencil. For fuller lips over-line your lips.
Step 2: Define outer corner
Fill the outer corner of your lips with purple lipstick using a lip brush, trace along the outline neatly. I am wearing a liquid lipstick MyGlamm LIT Liquid Matte Lipstick in Swipe Right shade as my base lip colour.
Step 3: Define inner lips
With a bright pink lipstick fill in the inner area or centre of your lips carefully. I am wearing MAC Candy Yum Yum Lipstick as a lighter lipstick to fill out the inner lips.
Step 4: Kudos! Just blend it and you’re ready to rock
Blend the area where two lipsticks meet with purple lipstick using a lip brush. Blend it carefully without overdoing it. Also, touch up the corner of your lips. Alluring ombre lips are done.

- If you have chapped, dry or flaky lips apply a lip balm before creating this look.
- To create a fuller lip illusion highlight your cupid bow using a highlighter.
